Janice Webber — The Creativity Unblocker

Coach

Why Now?

The world is full of creative, intuitive, responsible humans who are quietly burning out.

Not because they’re weak.

Not because they lack discipline.
But because they’ve been carrying too much, for too long, without a place to exhale.

People who hold everything together, at work, at home, in their communities,  are often the ones who feel most disconnected inside.

Their spark dims.
Their clarity fogs.
Their creativity goes quiet under the pressure to “keep going.”

This is where coaching becomes essential.

Not the kind that tells you to hustle harder.
Not the kind that pushes you into more doing.

But the kind that restores you:
your calm,
your clarity,
your capacity to create from a grounded, whole place.

That’s the work I do as a coach.

How I Work as a Coach

Everything I do begins with stress ,
not as a problem to eliminate, but as a signal to listen to.

When stress is addressed first, people regain:
  • capacity
  • clarity
  • access to creativity and sound decision-making
From there, meaningful change becomes possible,
in work, relationships, health, and how life is lived day to day.

This is not about fixing you.
It’s about restoring what’s been depleted.

Why Stress Comes First

Most coaching still treats burnout like a thinking problem,
when it’s actually a capacity problem.

Traditional approaches focus on mindset, productivity, and performance.

But when someone is overwhelmed, stretched thin, and creatively shut down, more thinking doesn’t unlock their spark.

Their system needs:
  • safety
  • spaciousness
  • reconnection
Through my background in non-traditional physiotherapy, Tai Chi, and life as an artist, I’ve learned that stress lives in the body first.

When the nervous system settles, clarity returns.
When clarity returns, creativity opens again.

Stress isn’t something to push through.
It’s something to work with gently, intelligently, and at the body level.

My Mission

My mission is simple.

I guide creative, intuitive, responsible humans, the ones who’ve been stretched thin and carrying too much, back to balance, clarity, and sustainable creative flow.

So they can:
  • feel whole again
  • trust their energy
  • return to creating and living from a grounded, confident place
Not by pressure.
Not by perfection.

But by reconnecting with themselves through calm and creativity, the pathway home.

WHY ME

Background & Experience
30+ years stress management • 15+ years Tai Chi instruction • lifelong artist • speaker & facilitator

I don’t teach this because it sounds good.
I teach it because I’ve lived every layer of it.

For more than three decades, my work has been rooted in stress, the body, movement, and creativity, informed by non-traditional physiotherapy, Tai Chi, and lived experience as an artist.
I’ve supported thousands through stress, overload, creative shutdown, and major life transitions, while navigating my own cycles of burnout, recovery, and reconnection.

I understand what it means to carry too much.
And I understand what it takes to come back to yourself.

This work isn’t theoretical.

It’s lived.

It’s embodied.

And it’s grounded in guiding people back into calm, clarity, and sustainable creative flow, without pressure or performance.

If you’re a creative, intuitive, responsible human who’s been holding everything together for everyone else, while slowly losing touch with yourself, this work was designed for you.

You don’t need to push harder.

You don’t need another strategy, productivity hack, or mindset trick.

You need a way back to yourself through calm and creativity, the two doorways that rebuild wholeness from the inside out.

Start Here — The Creative Reset Map

If any part of this resonates, the next step is simple.

The Creative Reset Map Call is a paid, one-to-one session where we slow things down and look at what’s really going on for you.
This is not a quiz.
It’s not a sales call.
And it’s not something you have to prepare for.

In this session, we:

  • explore how stress is currently affecting your body, energy, and creative flow
  • identify your present creative stress pattern
  • talk through what that pattern means, together, in real time
  • map what your system needs next to restore balance and capacity
You don’t need the right language.
You don’t need to have it figured out.
You don’t need to know what comes next.
We start exactly where you are.

If further support is a good fit, we’ll discuss that openly.
If not, you’ll still leave with clarity, insight, and a better understanding of yourself.

I look forward to connecting with you.

Every ripple of change begins within.
And when you return to yourself, joy and fulfillment stop being rare,
they become normal.
