Shipping Policy

No shipping to PO boxes. We can ship to a mailbox within a UPS store for example. No framed watercolours or pastels will be shipped due to possible breakage of glass which will potentially damage the original artwork. Watercolours and pastels need to be shipped without framing or be picked up. We will email you regarding the need if you are unable to pick up the item.

Items are usually shipped within 2-3 days of order being received. They are sent via Canada Post on Thursdays and Saturdays. Federal Express is available for expedited shipping. Contact us for details. Customers are advised of the additional cost once the item is ready for shipping.

Return Policy

Items can be cancelled within 24 hours of order being placed. Past 24 hours, items cannot unfortunately be returned or refunded.

If items received are damaged or broken, please contact us with your order number to determine what to do next. We must confirm the damage before you ship it back to us and we process any returns.
