They happen when your mind is holding too many unfinished things at once — decisions, conversations, responsibilities, ideas — and nothing moves.
The Creative Reset Room is a quiet place where your system can settle enough for clarity to return naturally.

You don’t come to learn something. 

You come so your mind can stop carrying everything alone for a while.

Each week follows the same gentle rhythm — so your system can relax into something familiar.
Arrival
Step out of the mental noise of the day.
Grounding
Settle the nervous system so thinking becomes lighter.
Unloading
Give thoughts somewhere to land — without having to solve them all.
Integration
Allow clarity to surface naturally.
Closing
Leave with a simple next step you can actually do.
No sharing required. Many people attend quietly.

Weekly on Mondays

What to bring
A blank sheet of paper and a pen — just to note anything that becomes clear so your mind doesn’t have to hold it.
Each participant registers individually so the space remains small and consistent.
Access options
Choose what fits your season — a single reset, ongoing access, or a founding member seat.

$25
Come when you need a reset.
Use the week booked or the following week.

$75
Attend any Monday while active.
Founding members
$60/month
A small early group helping establish consistency and familiarity.
This rate remains as long as you stay active.
Attendance notes
Drop-in sessions can be used the week booked or the following week if something unexpected comes up.  Please email Janice if this happens as a courtesy to her.  
Because the room is prepared in advance, refunds aren’t offered — but you won’t lose your opportunity to attend.
