Becoming Whole:
 A Journey of Returning to Wholeness
 
Enjoy a one-day retreat exploring a return to wholeness and what it can mean for you.  
 
We all know we have needs and those come from every angle of our lives.  When these needs are not met, it creates stress. When stress is high, the body & life get out of balance.  When that occurs, problems such as trauma, emotional & or physical wounds happen. We are no longer whole. We will be doing a deep dive into the aspects of a person, and the meaning of wholeness.  
 
Our retreat is based on the work and exploration of our host and speaker, Janice Webber. 
  
A word from Janice about the reason for this retreat: “I have an intimate knowledge of creativity as an artist and an entrepreneur.  What started as an exploration with my transition from my physiotherapy to a Creative Transformational Coach has become an exploration of what becoming whole means.” 
 
  Janice brings her training in Colour Therapy training, Overtone Chanting, Therapeutic Touch, Coaching, and more together. She also still utilizes stress management, mindfulness, and her newest training in discovering what our own superpowers are.  We all have them, but we just lost connection to them as we grew up.  Now we get to start on our journey of reclaiming these superpowers. We journey to discover becoming whole. 
 
Janice is excited to share her colour therapy oils she developed, these oils help heal and open the chakras in a whole new way. They are part of the journey to becoming whole.
 
Janice has been collaborating on this retreat with her colleague, Lyzalee Downie. They have been working together for many years. They felt now was the time to bring their specialties together to share them with a select group of people and help them journey towards becoming whole.
 
LyzaLee is a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner.  LyzaLee knows the body, mind and spirit. She specializes in Clinical Aromatherapy, Holistic Nutrition, Stress Management, and Energetic Healing, for many years she was also a physical trainer and taught fitness classes.  She has done public speaking for many years on a variety of subjects.
