I’m a grounded, blunt, wise, intuitive, caring guide who uses calm + creativity as the pathway back to reconnection and wholeness.





I guide creative, intuitive, responsible humans, who’ve been carrying too much, the ones stretched thin, overwhelmed, and creatively shut down, back to balance, clarity, and sustainable creative flow, so they can feel whole again, trust their energy, and return to the grounded, confident creators they were always meant to be.


Why I’m Here


Because I’ve lived this work from every angle.  

For decades, I supported people navigating chronic pain, long-term stress, overload, and major life transitions. Alongside my physiotherapy work, I taught Tai Chi as a dedicated practice, deepening my understanding of embodied awareness, nervous-system regulation, and calm through movement.  

Through this work, I witnessed again and again what happens when responsible, intuitive, creative humans carry too much for too long.
Your spark dims.
Your energy drains.
And you begin to forget who you are beneath the doing.  

I rebuilt my own way back through gentleness, clarity, and creativity, and now I guide others to return to themselves in the same grounded, sustainable way.  

This isn’t about pushing harder.
This isn’t about becoming more.  

It’s about becoming whole.  

Calm. Clear. Creatively alive again.




I’m Janice Webber, The Creativity Unblocker.



For more than 30 years, I’ve worked in the field of stress management, supporting people living with chronic pain, long-term stress, and physical and emotional overload. My early work was rooted in non-traditional physiotherapy, where I specialized in chronic pain and stress-related conditions and approached healing from a deeply physical, body-based perspective.  

As a physiotherapist for 38 years, my scope was necessarily limited. I worked with the nervous system through movement, breath, and physical awareness, but I did not yet bring in creative practice, colour and energy awareness, or transformational guidance. Those elements came later, through lived experience, personal rebuilding, and a gradual integration of creativity, intuition, and meaning into my work.  

Over the past five years, my work has evolved into what it is today. An integrated approach to stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and creative shutdown. This shift was shaped by a profound health turning point six and a half years ago, when I developed long COVID and was required to rethink capacity, recovery, and what sustainable living truly means.  

Through that experience, and through my return to art as a stabilizing force, my work expanded beyond the physical to support people holistically and sustainably, honoring the realities of change, limitation, and renewal.    

What Informs My Work

  • 15+ years teaching Tai Chi, embodied awareness, and calm-through-movement
  • 50+ years immersed in art, creativity, intuition, and expression
  • A lifetime of guiding people back to themselves through clarity, compassion, and creative reconnection
I don’t teach this from theory.  

I teach this because I lived it.
I lost my spark.
I burned out.
I had to rebuild myself from the inside out.  

What I learned was simple and life-changing:

Calm your system.
Reclaim your energy.

Your creativity and your sense of self return.


When the inner world settles, the creative world opens.  Joy is rediscovered!
 

How I Work  

Burnout doesn’t start in the mind.
It begins deeper. In the body. In your energy. In the quiet places in you that have been overwhelmed for too long.  
  
Your creativity flows when:

  • Your mind is clear
  • Your spirit is nourished

That’s why my approach weaves together:

  • calm-through-movement (Tai Chi principles + gentle embodiment)
  • stress-reduction practices rooted in breath and pacing
  • creative reconnection (tiny, meaningful ways back to your spark)
  • intuitive energetic awareness
  • emotional clarity and inner grounding
My signature framework, Stress Less → Create More → Become Whole, restores:

  • Creative Flow (spirit)
This is not about coping.

This isn’t about pushing through. 

This is about 
coming home to yourself, gently, sustainably, and without pressure.

You already know how to show up.

But you’re tired in a way that rest alone doesn’t fix.
